For the memory of Marisa’s values of generosity, toil, and a short joyous life fully lived, the Risa Fund was created.
The Risa Fund seeks to enhance the well-being of underserved youth in Washington, DC through arts and athletic enrichment and improved access to mental health services.
We have recently targeted our mission to delve further into the issues most critical to us: transitional age mental health challenges, suicide prevention, and reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness.
