Risa’s ReMatch Tennis Drive
Together, we can work to boost players’ confidence on the court and ease the financial burden for the girls and their families.
In 2014, in partnership with Leveling the Playing Field, the Risa Fund launched a program called Risa’s ReMatch Tennis Drive, where gently used girls’ tennis clothes and equipment are collected and donated to underserved, aspiring young tennis players around the country. Over time, this effort has grown to incorporate all types of sports equipment.
Please consider donating your gently used athletic equipment.
Simply send it to, or drop it off at:

The Risa Fund family knows Marisa would have loved the idea of recycling her gear; she was passionate about environmental sustainability and, of course, helping those who have less than they deserve.
2020 Update:
The Risa Fund continues to partner with Leveling the Playing Field (LPF) during the pandemic. LPF has launched Sports Kits which are a package of sports equipment designed to be used individually or in small groups to allow kids to remain active while still maintaining social distance. It is more important than ever to for kids to remain active and less isolated in order to elevate mood. LPF is receiving almost daily requests from PE teachers at Title 1 and Charter Schools. The Risa Fund has provided a grant to LPF to cover the costs of 500 kits to be delivered to the most underserved areas in the District, Maryland and Virginia.
