Helping Build a Path Toward Stable Housing
In 2020, the Risa Fund supported the Partnership to End Homelessness, an initiative of the Greater Washington Community Foundation working in collaboration with the District of Columbia Interagency Council on Homelessness.
The initiative brings together public agencies, nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, and community partners to advance Washington, DC’s efforts to make homelessness rare, brief, and nonrecurring.
Through this contribution, the Risa Fund helped support a coordinated, community-wide approach to addressing homelessness and expanding access to stable housing.

The Partnership to End Homelessness is an ongoing initiative of the Greater Washington Community Foundation that brings together government, nonprofits, businesses, philanthropists, and residents to strengthen systems and expand access to affordable and supportive housing across Washington, DC.
